HAMILTON, GREG - WHITE PAGES (CD-R)

"a perplexing solo piano recording from 1999 that was issued and then fell out of print. available again -> but in a drastically reconfigured form. hamilton cut and assembled his original recorded improvisations into compositions. some edits are noticable, most are not (the former is to help keep the context correct). a retelling of history from the not-so top quality recordings engineered by sonderberg/dellaria. imagine boulez, satie and a tape machine were to somehow be rendered down into a tasty bouillon cube and dissolved in a cup of hot water that was consumed by greg hamilton. in addition, a lacerating solo organ piece - ala '60s john cale - concludes this modern day musique concrete classic."
