KUROKAWA, RYOICHI - COPYNATURE (CD)

Born in 1978. Lives in Osaka. Regarded new breed visual and electronic sound artist whose future is highly anticipated. From 1999, started his visual production. In 2000, went to France and started regularly working and presenting his visual productions with video installations and video work in various individual and group exhibitions at domestic and overseas art festivals and film festivals. At the same time, started performing live at galleries, art spaces, clubs. Recently presented his works at the International Short Film Festival Amsterdam 2003 [Holland], the LOVEBYTES International Festival of Digital Art 2003 [UK], VIDEOEX international experimentalfilm & video festival 2003 [SWITZERLAND] to name a few. In December 2002, produced the artwork for Takamasa Aoki's album, Indigo Rose. And in May 2003, his debut solo album on CD and DVD was simultaneously released. And also in June 2003, went to SONAR Festival to perform with Sketch Show (Ex-YMO, Haruomi Hosono and Yukihiro Takahashi's new unit) as their visual producer and in London, performed at cybersonica'03 as well.
