It serves as an interface upon which he layers various concepts that expand the instrument's sound through effects, noise, deconstruction, and reconstruction. Collaborations with Cornelius Claudio Kreusch and Johannes Tonio Kreusch yielded pieces that surged against one another like waves and flowed together. Some passages possessed meditative depth, unfolding over drone motifs and ostinatos. Others intensified into sonic planes-massive bodies of sound-that would then explode or disintegrate, only to transition into new configurations.
