"Tamborim Dream is a constantly evolving instrument - consisting of a Brazilian hand drum, a pure data patch running on a microcomputer and an orchestra of FM synths and samplers. The instrument eats the harmonic scores of other songs and allows the improviser to re-rythmatise, re-dynamise, re-instrumentalise and re-animate their harmonic characteristics.
